Subscriptions

Subscription charges generally cover access to the hosted platform, reserved capacity, credits, and operational costs for the billing period.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may depend on timing, usage, plan type, abuse indicators, and payment processor limitations.

Services and custom work

Done-for-you services, setup assistance, custom fulfillment, and implementation work may have separate written terms.
Completed work, consumed credits, and third-party costs are typically non-refundable.
